Cinnamon coffee cake
Modified from King Arthur Flour
Steps

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 9 inch round pan with a parchment paper.

Mix the steusel topping ingredients and cut the butter in until the topping resembles small, rounded pieces of dough and set aside

Mix the filling ingredients and set aside

Beat the butter with the sugars. Add the vanilla, baking powder, and salt and mix

Beat the egg, one at time, into the mixture
- 6
Mix the sour cream and milk together and set aside
- 7
Add 1/4 of the flour to the butter mixture, then add 1/3 of the sour cream mixture to the butter mixture, alternating the ingredients and ending with flour

Spread half of the cake mixture in the pan. Sprinkle the filling over the cake mixture. Spread the rest of the cake mixture on top of the filling. Sprinkle the streusel topping over the cake

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50 minutes

Let cool ~20 minutes and serve warm
