In a bowl add 2 eggs, salt, blackpepper powder, ginger powder, garlic paste, lemon juice, fennel seeds and italian seasoning. Mix well. Now add chicken strips and coat them well. Set aside for marination of 30 minutes.
For dry ingredients, take another bowl add flour(Maida), salt, black pepper powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cornflour, baking soda and fennel seeds. Mix them well. - 2

Now in heat oil in wok and start coating chicken with flour mixture, then the egg mixture and again flour and deep fry it on low to mediun flame until crispy, light golden brown and chicken is cooked properly all the way. Try checking with fork or knife. Once all are done. Serve hot with mayonnaise, ketchup and chilli garlic sauce along with fries. Enjoy.
