Grate lauki, chop onion, chop green chilli

Take vessel add suji besan all spices squeezed lauki onion green chilli add curd and mix well and keep for 10 minutes

Add little water and mix again add eno and mix well

Take greased pan pour the batter and level it

Steam it for 10 minutes check by inserting knife if it comes clear its done

Cut into triangle pieces

Take another pan add oil and put the cut pieces of steamed triangles and shallow fry it from all sides

Crispy suji triangles ready to serve with chutney
