Take 1 bowl left over cooked chana dal. Heat kadai add cooked chana dal till it is gravy or the moisture goes off. Once it is done....

Transfer to a bowl. Cool it. Add mashed potatoes, 1/2 tsp haldi powder, 1 tbsp red chilli powder or as needed, leaves Few chopped coriander, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp roasted cumin, dhania and red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp sugar (optional), 1/2 tsp sugar (optional), 1 tsp oil. Mix...it well and knead a smooth dough....

Now it is done. From the dough mixture make in a cutlet shape....Once it is done. Keep aside...

Preheat Air fryer 170 degree C for 5 minutes. Once it is don. Take out the basket cool it and brush oil in the basket. Arrange the cutlet badge wise. Don't over crowd it...It will break....Bake the cutlet 170 degree C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes check it if it is done....

Now it is Ready to serve.. Hot......left over chana dal cutlet with homemade....tomato sauce......
