Manchurian is a class of Indo- Chinese dishes made by roughly chopped and deep frying ingredients such as gobhi,chicken,fish , mutton and paneer and then sauteeing it flavoured sauce with soy and chilli.it has become a staple of Indian Chinese cuisine. Today I have made dry and crispy gobhi manchurian to serve as snack with hot cup of tea to my friends in this cold winter .so without wasting any time let’s head to the kitchen and start the process for this lip smacking dry gobhi manchurian and enjoy in this winter season.👩🏻🍳

First of all wash and blanched gobhi for 5 minutes.

Now we will coat gobhi in big mixing bowl add corn flour,all-purpose flour,chilli sauce,ginger garlic paste,black pepper powder,chilli powder,salt mix it with water and make thick paste add in blanched gobhi and. Oat it well, if needed dust some corn flour from above coat each floret nicely and rest them 10 minutes till the oil get heat to fry.

Now in a deep bottom pan add oil for fry on high heat,fry gobhi florets in batches so it comes out golden and crispy.

Now heat pan add 2 tbsp oil on high heat add grated ginger garlic sauté once then add diced onion,chopped spring onion bulb,capsicum,bell pepper mix it all nicely.

Then add soy sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar,tomato sauce,salt,black pepper powder and sugar mix it well,add in fried gobhi to the pan toss it nicely for 2 minutes and off the flame.

Lip smacking dry gobhi manchurian is ready to serve with tea or coffee as a snack. Enjoy it serving hot with sprinkle of green onion on it.
