Crowd-Pleasing Tandori Chicken

I got this from in a recipe book that came with my last microwave oven; I revised it to use the ingredients I had on hand.
Warning:
Store-bought curry powder is a blend of a wide variety of spices and is very convenient. But some brands contain salt. In this recipe I use curry powder without salt. Adjust the amount of salt accordingly. Recipe by Haruchamaru

Steps
- 1
Pierce the chicken with a fork in several places, to make it easy for the meat to absorb the seasonings.
- 2
Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 3
Combine the ★ ingredients to make the seasoning. I use ready-made curry powder.
- 4
Since curry powder has this many spices, it's all you need!
- 5
Mix the seasoning well; that's the key to making the meat absorb the flavors.
- 6
Let the chicken sit in the seasoning for over a day. Mix up the chicken 2 or 3 times while it is sitting.
- 7
Bake in oven at 200°C for 23 minutes. Adjust the baking time to suit your oven.
