Ingredients

  • Groundnuts(crushed, powdered or raw)
  • Cucumber(peeled)
  • Cloves(crushed)
  • Fresh ginger(chopped)
  • Powdered milk
  • Sugar
  • Water (as required)

Steps

    In a blender, add in your groundnut or crushed groundnuts, cucumber(cut), ginger and cloves.

    Add sugar, milk, water and blend until smooth.

    Sieve to strain the solid particles from liquid. Sieve for the second and third times to strain the fine particles.

    Refrigerate and serve.
