In food processor, pulse sundried tomatoes and walnuts into a paste then add remaining ingredients until texture is crumbly.

Pinch dough and roll into golf sized balls (about 20 to 25 balls)

Steam for 25 minutes, turning half way through.

Serves as you would any prepared meatballs.

Can be frozen.
