1 cupsooji
1 cupsugar
11/2 cuphot milk
2 tspkesar mixed milk
1 tspcardamom and nutmeg powder
6 tspghee
as required Some chopped dryfruits

In a kadai, add ghee and sooji, roast on a slow flame, stir constantly. Make sure do not change wite colour of sooji.

Now add hot milk, along with kesar mixed milk. Mix well till turns soft dough.

Now add sugar, cardamom and nutmeg powder. Mix well and stir till ghee releases in kadai..Turn off gas..

Kesari Sweet Bhaat is ready to serve..
Garnish with chopped dryfruits..
