Cooking Instructions

Pre heat oven 350
Grease a pan 8 or 9 inch glass dish
In a large icing bowl add, 1/2 cup cream shortening, 3/4 cup sugar, and large egg.
Beat until fluffy. - 2
Mix in 2 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 cups flour, and 1/2 milk.
Beat for 1 minute.
Fold blueberries into dough mixture, and poor into glass dish. - 3
Make Topping: Mix 1/2 Sugar,1/3 cup flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon together.
Then cut in 1/4 cup butter until crumbly (don’t over mix), sprinkle over blueberries. - 4
Bake for 45 minutes.
