I was walking outside and saw that the pears were ready and the pineapple was ripened also. I remembered I had apples and peaches in the fridge. I thought, yep buckle time again.

Ingredients

Fruit----------------------------
2large fuji apples
2medium Florida sand pears
1/2 cupfresh pineapple
3large peaches
Buckle crust-----------------
2 cupself-rising flour
1 tablespoonbaking powder
1 teaspoonsalt
1/2 cuplard
1 stickbutter
2large eggs
1-3/4 cupsugar
Topping----------------------
2-1/2 tablespoonscinnamon sugar mixed
1/2 cupgranola and nut mix
Topping after baking------------------
To tastecool whip or whipped cream

Preheat the oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Slice and chop the pineapple fine.

Wash and peel the pears.

Mix the crust ingredients.

Peel and slice the peaches and Apples.

Mix the crust ingredients.

It will be sticky

Push and level in an oven safe heated skillet.

Add the fruits to the buckle. Push the fruit into the buckle dough. Then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top.

Take the granola mix and sprinkle on top.

It's ready to go into the oven for an hour.

Serve after resting for 10 minutes.
