Start by mixing the egusi and grated onions in a bowl.gradually add some warm water to make a thick paste.

Add the palm oil in a pot and allow to get hot. Gradually add the mixed egusu paste. Cover the lid and reduce heat to medium.allow it to sit for a minute before stirring.

Cook the egusi until oil is visible on top. Add the mixed peppers and stir. Cover and cook for 15mins,at least.add salt, seasoning cubes and crayfish.stir and cook for 3mins. Add the fish and crayfish. Mix and cook for 7mins. Lastly add the ugu or spinach. Stir well, cover and reduce the heat to low. Cook until done.

Serve with either egusi, pounded yam or even white rice.
