In a blender add the yoghurt,milk powder and bananas and blend until smooth and creamy.

Dice the apples and sprinkle some lemon juice on top to prevent it from Browning.

In a large bowl,add the blended yoghurt mix, add the diced apples,sugar and grated coconut. Mix everything well then refrigerate. Enjoy!
