Steps

First of all take vessel and keep it on medium flame and add butter then add chopped onion,garlic and ginger chopped pieces.then add chopped carrot pieces.

Then add spring onion soute it for 2-3 minutes.side by side grind sweet corn and make fine paste.

Add this grided mixer in vessel and mix it well.then add glass of water.

Now add salt as per taste.take cornstarch in bowl and mix water and make slurry.add this slurry in soup so we get thickness of soup.add pinch of turmeric so we get nice colour.

Keep it on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.then serve it with fresh cream.
