Ingredients

66 biscuits
  • 300 gflour
  • 200 goats
  • 160 gfine designated coconut
  • 330 gcaster sugar
  • 300 gbutter
  • 180 ggolden syrup
  • 2 tspbaking soda

Steps

    Set the oven at 180°C

  2. 2

    Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Melt butter and golden syrup. Then add baking soda

  4. 4

    Mix the butter mixture into the dry mixture.

  5. 5

    Make little balls and flatten onto greased baking paper.

  6. 6

    Cook for 10 minutes. Cool before storing.
