Last recipe of the year to celebrate the festive season. This version of chocolate salami, uses leftovers panettone, if you have ever heard of it :) and is made without eggs. Ready in 10 minutes, can be stored in the freezer or kept in the fridge for up to 10 days.

Last recipe of the year to celebrate the festive season. This version of chocolate salami, uses leftovers panettone, if you have ever heard of it :) and is made without eggs. Ready in 10 minutes, can be stored in the freezer or kept in the fridge for up to 10 days.
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl start by breaking your panettone and amaretto biscuits in medium pieces. You want to be able to see these once cutting through the salami. Add your other ingredients and combine to a malleable consistency. Transfer the mix to a piece of parchment paper and roll to a cylinder shape. Rest in the fridge for about 2 hours and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving. Can be kept frozen too for ease.
