Really tasty this was with 2 tbls of Leftover Turkey Gravy, cranberry Stuffing so nice,had no veg leftover so I added a handful Sprinach. I could not eat it all though 😍

1/2 CupRoasted Turkey
3 tblsStuffing
1 handfulBaby Spinach
2 tblsTurkey Gravy

Add butter to the frying pan and heat up.

Chop all the leftover ingredients

Add the chopped leftovers to the hot butter stir it around and chop with the spatula as your cooking it.

Next add the 2 tbls thick turkey gravy I also had this leftover.

Add a little Salt and black cracked Peppercorns. Fry until its all mashed and hot 5 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy. No waste

It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
