End-of-year celebrations inspire a delicious rabanada—ours is baked!

Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and set aside. Arrange the bread slices in a baking dish. (I used homemade bread—see my posted recipe.) Pour the mixture over the bread slices and bake at 300°F (150°C) for about 15 minutes.

Remove the rabanadas from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon to finish. Enjoy this delicious dessert.
