Instant oats dosa is very nutritious & healthy recipe for weight loss , diabetic diet. Oats is a cereal. there are many types of oats available in market. But here I used rolled oats. Soaked oats is very rich in fiber & prorein, which keeps stomach filled for a longer of time. Oats dosa is very crispy, lacy & flavourful. You should add onion in batter. Because, it will not stick to the pan of dosa.

Steps

Take a bowl,add oats and fenugreek seeds in it. Also wash it with water and soak for 10-15 minutes & drain water.

Take a grinder, add soaked oats, fenugreek seeds. Further add salt, curry leaves,chopped-onion, green chilli and water for making oats dosa batter.grind all the ingredients well.

Transfer batter to bowl. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Moreover, heat a non-stick pan take a ladleful of batter and pour it from the center. Apply oil in the surface of dosa. And cook it in medium -high heat from both sides.

Finally, oats dosa is ready enjoy it with coconut chutney, green chutney or sambhar.
