Winters ki soghat, healthy and beneficial recipe of Alsi ki Pinni (flex seeds).
Easy to make and very healthy to take specially in winters with a cup of warm milk. Try it and let me know.
Steps

Dry roast Flax seeds at medium low flame till it's popping. Then let it cool & grind it. Set aside.

Heat up Desi ghee (clarified butter) in a pan and add wheat flour in it. Cook on low flame till it's fragrant.

Now add grinded flax seeds in it mixed well for 2 minutes. Now crushed the Almonds and pistachios in grinder and put it in flax seed mixture. Also add sesame seeds and melon seeds.

Make thick syrup of jaggery and water.

Put the jaggery syrup into Flax seeds and mix well. Make round balls (Pinni) with slightly warm mixture of flax seeds. Decorate with edible silver paper. Enjoy 😋
