Steps
- 1
Boil the veggies of your choice and pasta with some salt. I used carrot, capsicum, babycorn and sweet corn...used very less pasta...once boiled strain it
- 2
In a pan add olive oil and saute garlic and small finely chopped onion...add pinch of salt to it and once cooked add the veggies...add 1/2 teaspoon each of black pepper powder and pasta mix herbs (I have used snapin one)
- 3
In a bowl take 1.5 tablespoon of wheat flour and 1 and half cup of milk...mix it well ensure no lumps are there and transfer it to non-stick pan and keep cooking on low flame for 10 mins...please mix it continuously and if needed add 1/2 cup more of milk or vegetable stock to adjust the consistency....once it becomes thick...colour will change slightly add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder and mix herbs and salt to taste
- 4
Another way you can make the sauce by cooking wheat flour in oil and then add milk....this method is same as traditional white sauce just replace maida with wheat flour
- 5
Finally add the white sauce to veggies...cook for few mins and serve...you can add more herbs or milk to adjust the consistency and get the perfect taste
