Steps

Take dosa pan heat it sprinkle some water to control temperature

Now add some drops of oil pour dosa batter in the centre of the pan

Spread it around quickly towards the edges pour oil around the dosa

When the the one side turns golden brown sprinkle chopped green chilli and curry leaves
- 5
Roll the dosa in your shape and serve with chutney for sambar
