In a large mixing bowl add cabbage, onion leaves, carrot, beans, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, all-purpose flour, cornstarch.

Mix the whole mixture and make round balls. Make all Manchurian balls and keep them aside.

Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying Manchurian balls. Once the oil is hot low the flame and gently place the balls in the hot oil.

Fry these balls from both sides till they are golden brown and crispy.

To make the sauce: heat oil in a kadhai and add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute for few seconds.

Now add chopped onion, capsicum and saute till they are soft.

Add the sauces soy sauce, red chilli sauce and tomato sauce, water, salt and mix well.

Add cornflour and water and mix with the sauces to make the gravy little thick.

Finally, add the Manchurian balls and stir so that sauce coats the balls.

Serve it got as a snack and enjoy!
