I have been making fried rice quite oftenly but recently tried this desi version of vegetables Pulao ..its a unique combo of desi plus Chinese ....my new year goal will be to make healthy homemade recipes using healthy ingredients .

Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsRice
  2. 2Onions
  3. 2Tomatoes
  4. 1 cupPeas
  5. 1 cupCarrots
  6. 2Potatoes
  7. 1 cupCabbage
  8. 3 tspSalt
  9. 1 tspRed chilli
  10. 1 tspChicken powder
  11. Chicken stalk 5cups (made by boiling chicken bones in water)
  12. 1 tbspVinegar
  13. 2 tspSoya sauce
  14. 4 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    First of all hear oil and saute onion...add tomatoes and make masala.

    Add all spices,soya sauce and vinegar...then add peas and carrots

  3. 3

    Mix well and Cook until tender

    Then chop Cabbage and add in the pot

  5. 5

    In the end add potatoes...mix well and put on dum until all veggies gets tender.

    Then add chicken stalk..bring to boil...then add strained rice and cook...put on dum for ten mins
    Yummiliciious vegetables Pulao is ready.
