Sieve d flour and add sugar,yeast,egg,flavour,butter and mix thoroughly with warm water until well mixed.

Knead for 5 minutes,cover with towel to rise for 5 minutes

Mould into circle and allow to rise again

Fry with veg oil,until golden brown
