Tel Koi (climbing perch fish)
Steps

Clean the fish in running water & marinate with salt & turmeric powder.

Heat oil on kadai & shallow fry the fish. Keep aside.

Then add all masala, salt & fish in oil. Cover the kadai with lid & cook it in high flame for 1 minute,Then cook it for 15 minutes in low flame. When oil separates from masala, add 1 Tsp. Mustard oil. Now Tel koi is ready to be serve.
