250 gmpotato
1 tspcumin seeds
To taste salt
1/4 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1 tbsoil
1/4 tspgaram masala
1 pinchhing

Take potato n cut into small pieces. After cuting wash it.

Take a kadai add oil n heat it. After heating oil add cumin seeds.

Now add potato pieces n cook for 4_5 minute on low flame. Now add all spices n cook for 10 minute on low flame. Now chk it with spoon.

Jeera aloo is ready.
