Surmai and bangda fried fish

Firstly take a both fish clean n cut n wash 4 to 5 times in a normal water n marinate both fish with fish fry masala lemon juice salt n kokam, and keep a side for 15 to 30 minutes for marination.

Take all d above both d fish ingredients together.

Marinate bangda fish also.

Now take a clean plate add rava, rice flour, turmeric powder, Kashmiri Lal powder, red chilli powder n salt.

Mix it nicely heat the pan.

Pour oil as per requirement, coat d fish with rava mixture n place into d hot oil pan n fry for five minutes.

And turn d other sides of fish fry both d side Crispy now our surmai fried fish is ready to serve, serve in a serving dish with onion slicen lemon.

Now we will fry bangda fish 🐟 same procedure take a rava mixture coat with bangda fish, in the same pan heat d oil n place d coated fish into d hot oil coat all d bangda fish with rava mixture n fry for five minutes.

After that fry d fish both d sides till crispy, now our delicious n tasty, yummy bangda fry is ready to serve.

Serve bangda fish in a serving dish with onion slices n lemon piece.
