Ingredients

  1. Crust
  2. 300 gflour
  3. 175 gmargarine
  4. 120 gsugar
  5. 2 tspbaking powder
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. Filling
  8. 800 gplant-based yoghurt
  9. 150 gmargarine
  10. 100 gsugar
  11. 1 packvanilla sugar
  12. 2 tbfresh lemon juice
  13. 2 packsvanilla pudding powder

Cooking Instructions

    Pre-heat oven on 180 C (hot air)

    Mix dough ingredients until crumbly then spread in a fatted cake tin.

  3. 3

    Melt margarine, mix filling ingredients well and add to the tin

  4. 4

    Bake for around 60 min, cool and store in fridge
