Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 350°.

For the crust: combine all the crust ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at low speed until mixture is crumbly (1 to 2 mins).

Press crumb mixture firmly on bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake for 12 to 17 minutes - till edges start to brown

Prepare Filling: combine all ingredients and beat at low speed until well mixed (1 to 2 mins). Pour filling over hot crust. Continue baking for 22-25 mins or until set. Cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
