Palak paneer
Steps

Wash and rinse the spinach bundle nicely.

Chopped it and keep it aside.

In a pressure cooker boil chopped spinach by adding ginger piece, green chillies and garlic cloves.

After a whistle, switch off the gas.let it cool down.

In a mixy jar blend it well. In a kadai or pan add 3 TSP ghee.

After heating the ghee, add 2 bay leaves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds,big cardmom and heeng to it. Wait for crackle. Then, all dry spices to it turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder and blended black pepper or cloves to it.

Stir it for few seconds then add spinach purry to it.

Cook it for 6-7 minutes then add diced paneer to it. Garnish it with roasted dry red chilli. Before serving it add butter cubes to it.

Serve it with any Indian bread.
