Steps

Heat oil add onion fry till it turns transparent. (brown nahi krna hy)
Add zeera curry leaves and button red chilli fry for few seconds - 2
Add ginger garlic paste sauté for a minute add chicken and fry till it change its colour.
Add red chilli flakes, chilli powder, turmeric powder salt and blended tomatoes, bhonofy well - 3
Add palak,mix and cover it. Cook on high flame until it gets dry and oil becomes separated.

Add green chilli qasoori meethi and garam masala powder put on dum for 5 minutes on low flame
Fry garlic in ghee and give tarka before serving.
Serve with chapati or naan - 5
📌 you can made it with mutton. Boil mutton with ginger garlic paste until it becomes 90% done. Then follow the same recipe.
