Here are the ingredients for this recipe. The tofu weighed 100 g before draining.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add the tofu, green onion and coriander, in that order, and mix well.

Add the ingredients marked with ☆, mix well, and shape into balls (this should make 8-12 patties.)

Add some vegetable oil to a frying pan and cook the burgers until browned and cooked through to the middle and they're done.

Squeeze over some lemon juice as a finishing touch. If the taste is a bit thin for you, then try seasoning with some salt, ponzu or fish sauce.
