Sophie's sausage, bean and Guinness stew

I used red kidney beans & rosecoco beans in this, but they're easily interchangeable with other types of beans. This is great on its own, or make it go further with rice. If you have leftovers, try chopping the sausages before reheating and serving with salad & cheese in a wrap.

Steps

Brown your sausages and onions in a pan. Add the sliced garlic about a minute before the end.

Add the rest of your ingredients into your slow cooker and mix together.
- 3
Transfer your sausages, onion and garlic to the slow cooker and stir through.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve and enjoy!
