Phool ko saaf karke, 4-5 martaba paani me dhoyen

Baray pateele me paani daaal kar isme phool daal lein

Jab bol hojaye to iska pani phenk dein aur isko chaan kar isme dubara pani daal kar 2-3 dafa paani change karlen takay karwahat change hojaye, phir isko channi se chaan kar hatho se balls bana kar freezer me rakhden aur jab bhi pakana ho isko use karlen

1/2 cup oil me pyaz aur tamatar daal kar 3-4 minutes tak cook karen

Isme lehsan adrak aur tamam masalay daal kar isko bhune

Phir isme matar add karke 1-2 minutes tak bhunay

Isme aloo add karden aur isko 3-4 minutes tak cook karlen

Freeze hue we phool ko garam paani me daal kar usko naram karlen aur phir usko chaan kar saalan me add karden.

Achi tarah bhun lein aur 5-10 minutes tak cover karke slow flame pe cook karen takay paaani dry hojaye,isme hara saman add karen
