Beat egg now add butter and milk add sugar salt yeast baking soda mix all together now slowly add all-purpose flour into the liquid mixture and keep mixing it until smooth and soft dough formed
Cover the dough Keep aside for an hour
After an hour roll the dough cut into donut shapes

Put it back to rise them for 20 minutes at least.

Fry them in warm oil (oil should not be hot)at medium low flame till golden colour.

Allow donuts to cool at room temperature.

For chocolate icing mix chocolate and milk and melt in microwave for 30 seconds or double boiler.

For color froasting mix white chocolate, milk or cream and microwave. for 30 seconds or double boiler, now add your desire color

Dip each donuts into prepared froasting

Put them into wire rack to set the froasting.
