Gatta pulao
One of the popular dish of winter season in Rajasthan .
Steps

For making gatta
Take bowl add besan salt 1 TSP red chilli powder ajwain baking powder 1/4 TSP oil 1 tbsp mix add 1/4 cup water and make dough semi soft put little oil in hand and knead again - 2
Divide it into equal ball and roll it out in cylindrical shape.

Boil water in kadhai put the gatta and cook till soft drain the water and keep aside.

Heat Oil add jeera dalchini tejpata laung Elaichi ginger green chilli paste.

Add potato gobhi carrot beans peas capsicum cook till soft

Add salt red chill powder garam masala

Add gatta and saute for 1 min

Add boiled rice and mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves. - 9
Serve hot with raita
