  1. 1

    સૌ પ્રથમ એક પેનમાં ઘી ગરમ થાય એટલે ગોળ ઉમેરો.ધીમા તાપે સતત હલાવતા રહો.ગોળ હલકો થાય ત્યારે ગોળ નું ટીપું પાણીમાં નાખી પાયો ચેક કરી લેવો.

    ગોળ ના પાયા માં મમરા ઉમેરી બરાબર મિક્સ કરી ગેસ બંધ કરો.

    પાણી વાળો હાથ કરી લાડુ વાળી લેવા.ઠંડા થાય એટલે ડબ્બા માં ભરી ઉપયોગ કરી શકાય.
