  2. 1Onion
  3. 3/4Carrot
  4. 4Green peppers
  5. 1 blockTofu
  6. 1/4Scallion
  7. 1 pieceGinger
  8. Dashi stock
  9. 1Kombu
  10. 2 1/2 cupWater
  11. 2 tbspSake
  12. 1 1/2 tbspSugar
  13. 2 tbspSoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Buy halved mackerel fillets, cut each half into three, and blanch in hot water.

    Finely slice the carrot, green peppers, onion and green onion. Grate the ginger.
