Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 50 gramsTapioca starch
  2. 10 gramsKatakuriko
  3. 40 gramsCake flour
  4. 5 gramsBaking powder
  5. 30 gramsSugar
  6. 1 pinchSalt
  7. 100 gramsFirm tofu
  8. 1/2Egg yolk

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well so that no lumps remain.

    Put Step 1 into a piping bag with a round tip. Pipe the dough into the "Pon-de-ring" shapes as shown in the profile photo. Deep fry in oil at 160℃.
