Seasoning ingredients:
1 tspSoy sauce
1 tspSake
1 tspShio-koji (optional)
1 pinchSugar
1/4 tspGrated garlic
1/4 tspGrated ginger
2 tspKatakuriko

Chop the chicken into 2-3 pieces to fit your bento box.

Add all the other seasoning ingredients (except for the katakuriko) and mix together .
