I always need a dessert on friday for the children of the daycare centre. I´ am always on a budget and have limited time. I found some pancakes in the freezer. And made this.

I always need a dessert on friday for the children of the daycare centre. I´ am always on a budget and have limited time. I found some pancakes in the freezer. And made this.

Take 3 pancakes and smear spread on one side.

Take the other 3 and smear jam on it

Roll the pancakes. (Filling on the inside. 😀)Cut of the edges and cut into 4.
Set aside - 4
Cube the fruit if necessary. I used mango, orange and raspberry

Take 8 skewers. Stick on fruit,pancakeroll,fruit,pancakeroll,... 3 rolls per skewer.

You can serve them anyway you like. You can make them in advance.
