Cooking Instructions

Chop the carrots in small or medium pieces.

In a pressure cooker boil these chopped carrots with 50 ml water and give 3 whistle.

Filter boiled carrot and remove the water.

Take a big pan, put carrots, milk and condensed milk. Mix well and put on gas with medium flame for 30 minutes. To avoid burning, keep stirring every 5 minutes till the liquid evaporates and halwa becomes thick.

It's ready to serve!
