Ingredients

  1. 3 cuprice flour
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 1/2 cupsuji
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. 1/4 cup chopped methi leaves or palak
  6. 1small grated carrot
  7. as required some chopped coriander
  8. 2 tspginger garlic chilli paste
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. as required oil to drizzle
  11. 1 tspturmeric
  12. 1/2 tspasafoitida
  13. 1 tspred chili powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix rice flour, suji, besan.add all chopped vegetable. You can add any vegetables of your choice.

    Add ginger, garlic, chilli paste, turmeric, asafoitida, salt to it. Mix all well

  3. 3

    Add water & make batter with watery consistency. Heat tawa add some oil & pour rice chilla batter.cover with lid. Then drizzle some oil on sides of chila. Flip it & cook it from both the sides.

    Rice chila is ready to pack in tiffin with pickle or chutney.
