Wash the flat Rice and soak for 15 minutes.. Then smashed them soaked flat Rice and add 1 sliced onion, 4 chopped green chilli, 3 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, half teaspoon red chilli powder, 2 teaspoon Kabab masala, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice and salt as required..

Then add oil in the pan and shape the mixture like flattened coin medium sized and shallow fry them until golden brown... Flat Rice Kabab is ready to eat..
