Gbegiri is made from beans and it's easy to make. It is mostly served with Ewedu soup and stew with amala to make a dish called abula.
Steps

Peel the beans.
Put the beans in a pot or pressure cooker, add water and cook till very soft.
When beans is cooked, take it off heat. - 2
Pour cooked beans in blender with pepper blend till smooth.
Pour blended beans back in the pot and put on stove. - 3
Add stock cube, locust beans,, palmoil,and salt to taste.

Leave to cook for 5 minutes then take off heat
Serve
