Non-Oil Fluffy Soboro for Babies

Soboro with just meat can get dried out and tough, so I added some tofu.
No special hints! You don't need to drain the tofu and it's really easy to make. This soboro stays fluffy and is softer than regular soboro to the tofu. Recipe by Chakipo mama

Steps
- 1
Put all of the ingredients into a frying pan. You don't need to drain the tofu.
- 2
As you break it all apart with long chopsticks, cook it on medium heat until most of the liquid evaporates. Then it's done.
- 3
You could also add minced carrot, green pepper, or mushrooms! You should warm up the harder to cook ingredients in the microwave before placing them in the frying pan.
- 4
Use as a filling for an egg omelet.
