Just mix it up! It's a very easy recipe.
One of my coworkers showed me this diet meal so I modified it to my liking.

Adjust the amount of mentsuyu to taste.
There's quite a bit of volume, so it fills you right up.

Ingredients

2 servings

1 blockSilken tofu
1pack Natto
1Egg
1/4 stalkGreen onion (finely chopped)
1/2packet Bonito flakes
1Mentsuyu
1Sauce included in natto package (optional)
1 dashShredded nori (optional)

Steps

Put the tofu in a bowl and mash it up with the back of a fork.

Add all of the ingredients, except the nori, to the tofu from Step 1 and mix it up.

Garnish with the nori and it's done!!
