Steps

First clean poha in a strainer. Please note that to make none sticky poha, you will need to use thick poha.

Now heat a pan add 1tsp oil when the oil becomes hot put peanut and fry it until golden and crunchy.

Again heat the pan and add 2-3 tsp mustared oil when the oil becomes hot put mustard seeds. let them check. Now add curry leaves and 1/2 tsp sugar.

After 30 seconds add chopped onions, chopped chilies, turmeric powder and salt to taste and fry it until golden brown now add chopped tomatoes and cook them for 5 minutes now add softened poha and peanut mix it very well for 5 minutes in medium flame.

Now add lemon juice and turn off the flame. Now garnish it with rosted cashew nuts
