Found a recipe online and it looked a lot like my aunt's recipe so I thought I'd share.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare two trays lined with parchment paper.

Put a small pan on the stove and slowly melt the butter. Meanwhile, sieve the flour and sugar in a bowl.

Add the baking powder and salt to the sugar and flour and mix them together.

When the butter is melted add it to the flour mixture and mix well. Add the vanilla essence and mix again. The dough stays soft and kind of sticky but that's okay. Knead it into a well formed massa.

Grab a second mixing bowl and divide the dough. Each piece should be around roughly 300 grams. Add the cacao powder to one of the bowls and mix well.

Roll small balls from both bowls and make sure they are about the size of a euro. Then stick the two together, but them on the baking plate and flatten them till about half a centimetre thick.
Continue till both bowls are empty and you have about 30 cookies. - 7
Put the trays in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. This does depend a little bit on your oven so it could be shorter or longer.

Once out of the oven, let them cool off and if you want to save them you can keep them in the refrigerator for about a week or an airtight container. Eet smakelijk!
